Where will I find my Repair Reference?

Not to be confused with your Claim Reference, your Repair Reference can be found on the email or SMS that is sent to invite you to book or view updates on your repair via the Repair Portal.

Make a note

It would be advisable to make a note of this number, as this reference is unique to your repair and can be used to access your repair details throughout the repair journey.
